MEET RACHEL

Rachel Burke is an integrative Psychotherapist, highly experienced hypnotherapist and advanced  EFT practitioner.

I bring a warm, sensitive and creative approach to my work with clients of all ages and walks of life. Having spent over 12 years in private practice as a hypnotherapist, I have developed a way of supporting a range of clients with both short-term focused work and long-term sessions to address deep rooted issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addictions, and self-esteem related matters.

I create a safe accepting space for you to work through, heal and resolve, helping you to move forwards with your life.

Rachel’s professional background started by delivering adult training and therapeutic workshops, including her role as Tutor for an established Hypnotherapy Psychotherapy training school.

Rachel has gathered extensive knowledge and experience throughout her life and career which has provided her with a depth of knowledge, understanding and sensitivity.

“I am also a visual artist which brings a creative and dynamic approach to my work, allowing my sessions to be completely bespoke, tailored to suit the individual client. I create imaginative sessions that inspire you and captivate your mind towards the change that you want.

As a psychotherapist trained at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute, I have had an in depth robust training which has given me valuable insight.”
